I was tapped to help create this love letter, if you will, to ASAP — the biggest musical variety show in the Philippines — in celebration of its 20th anniversary in 2015. The goal was to produce a comprehensive A-to-Z collection capturing the essence of the show: exclusive stories, memorable moments and fun trivia accompanied by never-before-seen photos.

 

I grew up watching ASAP, so it was a tremendous honor to contribute to such an ambitious project. It was my first time working on something of this scale, and juggling it alongside my deliverables for Manila Water and StarStudio magazine made it even more challenging — but also deeply rewarding. Holding my own copy for the first time after its release was an unforgettable feeling. Even after all these years, as ASAP approaches its 30th birthday, I'm still so proud of the work we did in bringing this book to life.
